We’d like to invite you to the fifth annual North Central Church Planting Conference at Eastside Baptist Church on Monday and Tuesday, May 5–6, 2025. The last conference was a wonderful time of God's work and provision, and I anticipate more of the same this year. We are excited to have Pastor Jonathan Pyle of West Valley Baptist Church in Nampa, Idaho, preaching for us this year.
What’s the purpose?
We all know the need for the Gospel and New Testament churches in this part of the country. It’s easy to feel isolated and alone, but we all agree on the need for church planting. This meeting is meant to bring together those of us who share the same heart for the Lord’s work. It’s a way for established churches and pastors to hear of and get behind the needs of men who are planting new churches or trying to revive struggling churches in this part of the country. If we can come together, be reminded of the need, and be moved by God’s Word, I believe God will use it to advance His kingdom in the North Central region.
When is it?
Monday & Tuesday, May 5–6, 2025
The first event will be a meal Monday at 5:00 p.m. There is no cost to church planters, pastors, church staff, or their families for any meals.
Monday evening’s service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday's breakfast will be served at 8:00 a.m.
Tuesday morning's service will begin at 9:30 a.m.
Lunch will be provided at the church.
The final service is Tuesday afternoon, which will begin around 1:00 p.m.
What’s the cost?
There is no cost to attend the conference. Three meals will be provided (supper Monday evening, light breakfast Tuesday morning, and lunch Tuesday afternoon). We hope to be able to raise support and meet the needs of church planters, so I’d encourage you to pray about being involved in that by budgeting a certain amount to give toward important needs. Please pray about what you and your church family might bring to be a financial blessing to others. Also, please consider bringing items that could be a help to church planters (offering plates, songbooks, SS curriculum, etc.).
Where should I stay?
You are welcome to stay at the hotel of your choice, but we recommend the GLO Best Western at Dawley Farms. It is the closest hotel to the church and is conveniently located near restaurants and a shopping center. If you mention that you are with the Eastside Baptist Church Planting Conference, you will be able to get a lower rate.

We pray that you’ll be able to attend this year's conference. Even more, I pray that you’ll come with a heart not only to be encouraged but also to be a blessing to another laborer in God’s work.
Laboring Together,
Pastor Jason Jett
